The item i needed they didn't havw in store but had it in the warehouse, so.it was arranged that someone pick the one item up and delivered to my home address with i hours of me being in store.
The store staff we brilliant a real credit to the company nothing was an issue for them, the customer service was outstanding i 100% recomend shopping here

No refund policy on gifts that don't fit. You're consumer rights say otherwise. A shop I would never visit again and would advice others not to either
