As this is basically the closest next to my house they never seem to disappoint in anything i have visited the store for.
From last minute wedding suits all the way to summer clothing and there is always a friendly staff waiting to help you they are all wonderful

Convenient for picking up online orders. Good kids section but a real issue with understaffing. Nobody on the shop floor to help you and staff frantically shuttling between tills from other sections to cope with long lines.

Also seems to be lots of theft by opportunists who've realised the security guard cannot be everywhere at once and the limited staff are too busy. Desperately needs more staff!!

You will never manage to get anything done at this store especially from the furniture section. We had to spend a lot time there without being able to order or solve any of our problems. At the end we were advised to go back home and order online... didn't happen either. Staff seem confused about everything despite trying to be polite.

Great Kids clothing as well as women's clothes with a great choice of work wear outfits. This store has a Home department with modern must have items

Always feels under staffed, when I was waiting in the que you can hear staff members complaining about other staff members. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Ques were long at every till due to the fact that there is only one person on a till in each department.

Struggled to find any one to serve me at any of the 3 till points on the ground floor, as I could not find any one on the shop floor. One of the managers did notice but did not seem to be bothered. When I did find some one she was very apoplectic and helpful with my return. This store always seems to be understaffed.

Not a lot of selection of men clothings, some chinos. Has ok range and standard of shirts. I Had to wait for couple of minutes for service at counter to pay no one came so went down stairs and still no one at the counter until 2min.

Never work in next as they don’t pay you. They are soo unorganised and treat new workers like slaves. They never have workers on tills as they’re just chilling in staff room. Better off working at a local chicken shop.

Next store offering clothing for women men & children, accessories, perfumes and gift ideas along with a small selection of furniture and other household items.

They have a lovely choice of children's clothes but tend to find it more expensive than other places.

The store is fairly well presented and the household section has some really pretty items.
