Reiss Kensington

Went in to buy a £500 suit. The shop assistant in the men's department could not have cared less. I asked if they had a matching waistcoat, she didn't know. I had to ask her to maybe have a look, they didn't have one. I then had to suggest she looked on the website to see if it could be ordered. Had to go and fing her when it came to paying. I was the only person in her department and she was simply not interested in helping. Good suit though

Like Reiss for their smart, directional style but this store is too small, and if you go down to the men's section, you're followed. I hate that the mirror is outside the changing room. Stop trying to make customers uncomfortable!

Other reviews must be pretty old as I was at the store today and I had the pleasure to deal with the staff there which I have found extremely helpful, positive and kind. Especially Judika she really know how to let feel a new customer comfortable. I went to collect a shirt purchased on line and I went out with a new coat.. Sales assistants does still make a lot of difference.. I ll definitely shop there again. ;-)

Shopped at Reiss for years and the store girls and friendly and accommodating. These sales assistants couldn’t have been more unhelpful if they tried. Think I’ll buy my dress online!

Amazing staff - Ali and Isabel were incredibly helpful and attentive. They created what felt like a personal shopper experience just like that! Fantastic.

I like the clothes and the assistants but returns policies are a horrible nightmare.

I bought a shearling jacket that was almost £1000, and realised it was too big after trying it on again at home. I took it back for an exchange as I really wanted this coat. When told they no longer had my size I decided to return it. The assistant said they could only give me a voucher for the coat. I was within the 14 days for returning and all tags were on and I obviously hadn't worn it (other than the coat I rarely shop here...what would I do with a voucher in this amount?!?). The woman said it was store policy and that that was very strict.

As I wanted the coat I had her chase my size down, which she did. However, I had to go and collect at another branch or possibly lose coat and cash as well, again, because I couldn't return it and then order online ( prices were the same). I might add this coat weighed a lot.

When I picked up my coat at the other store the poor sales girl was having to explain this same policy to another lady who wanted to return something, and she was furious.

I will not, in future, buy ANYTHING here. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the assistants were lovely and I love my coat, that's it.

BUYER BEWARE - make sure whatever you buy here fits, or you really, really want it, and don't buy gifts, because returns are a nightmare!

Closing times are incorrect. They often close one hour earlier and makes inconvenient shopping as you never know if they are open or not.

I shopped in this shop for my grad's day. I have been assisted by a sale assistant called Saba, who was very gentle and kind, assisted me with the best outfit for my special day while store manager, Monica, was very good at advising and boosted me and I could get the best of the best one! Overall this was the best service I have ever got. Thankyou!
