My boyfriend and I came into the store to purchase a couple of polos and some caps for my dad. We were immediately greeted by a member of staff who asked if we wanted help. We politely declined and continued to browse as he watched over us and followed our every step around the small shop floor. He made us, two young retail managers ourselves, feel very uncomfortable. Then, as we browsed the folded tables (no, we didn't unfold anything) he asked again if we needed help. This time the subtext was clear - we weren't welcome in the store. We both shrugged it off and had a look at a heavy winter jacket near the window display, maybe four steps from where he had last asked us, only to be asked again if we needed help. His arms crossed, legs spread and brow raised he waited for an answer. I said, "No thanks, just browsing right now." He then scrunched his face in confusion and exhaled as though he didn't understand why we hadn't gotten the message and left yet. Needless to say, I was ready to take my business elsewhere and we went straight to Ralph Lauren where we received amazing service. Good luck on garnering customers if your staff is that judgemental and intimidating. We will never be purchasing from Lacoste.

Great service and helpful staff. Friendly and not pushy. Drawback was that they didn't have a lot of polos in my size. But that's more of a personal experience. All in all a great store with great apparel.

Not a positive experience at this store! After paying for these expensive shoes online and finding a rip in the leather on the front toe part of the shoes/trainers I went into the store to get a refund I straight away mentioned I would like a refund and the lady confused communication by mentioning she cannot do it in store for online purchase I immediately mentioned but it says it’s possible on my receipt then she mentioned yes we can do it but it’s only acknowledge and money is done in system which is fine, and mentioned can I please action this process. Then she huffed as if she can’t be bothered to do it. A high end brand and this is the experience I get! They are all smiles when they take your money but when they have a refund it’s a bother. It’s still part of your custom. I was going to get another pair but guess I won’t bother to match their actions. Went band bought myself a lovely jumper somewhere else with a shop that had such a lovely warm staff.

The zipper of my bag broke after about 40 days which was a big frustration. The manager at this store was very supportive at exchanging the broken bag for a new one and I really do appreciate this service. Aside from that it's a cute little shop from which I've purchased a few other items as well. Staff is very friendly
