Usually I think Boss at airports are over priced and try to sell you stuff they can't sell in regular stores. This was an exception. Staff were great too.

Great customer service! Left my scarf in the shop on an outwards flight, the lady working met me at baggage collection upon my return and returned my scarf to me. Very impressed.
