Worst shopping experience of my life, I have had in this retail establishment... Minutes in this shop, which were a complete waste of time. I picked up my order, which was a smooth process, but when I decided to buy a perfume (£2 from a gift card and £13 on my card) turned out to be a whole experience, apart from the fact that they were falsely advertising the price of it. I have spent 45 minutes waiting at the till because the assistant charged me £17 on my card... I've explained that is incorrect and if we can rectify the problem. 5 managers later, me explaining my side of the story multiple times to different people, crazy customer shouting and swearing, even more crazier clients behind me shouting at the crazy customer from the long queue, security and police getting involved too... I ended up having an anxiety attack at the end, where I just wanted my money back and to leave that store immediately. Is this the normality of shopping these days?! No, thanks, I think I can find 1000 activities to do on a Friday, much better than this... I'll stick to online shopping, thanks!!

Waited 30 mins to return items, when I asked another member of staff if there us anyone else to put on tills, she simply said one word which was no, she was was rude mannered, few other members of staff were walking around talking about each other, very unprofessional staff. The guy on the till was coughing away without covering his mouth and without any disregard for customer safety. Then when another customer asked for a bag he simply said no.
Worst customer service ever, these staff really should not be working in an customer service outlet.

Zero customer experience. The clothes are nice but only two cashiers are functioning for the whole store, and they are extremely slow. There are always long queues that are barely moving. Today I had a train to catch so after wasting 20 min in the queue I approached the manager asking if there is anyway I can check out, very rude attitude and rude response: no, sorry madam! As if I am begging not a customer that she is hired to help. I left after another 5 min in the frozen queue, it was a very annoying experience and a waste of time. Why not replace the slow inadequate cashiers with self checkout machines? I saw many people leaving the queue angry after wasting their time waiting, so this is obviously a problem that many face and therefore they might avoid shopping at this particular Zara branch. Also please train your store managers on the basics of customer service!

Unfortunately the staff were really awful especially the tall girl. It's a shame because it's one of my favourite shops. Even the other members were all moody. I hope they sort this out because it makes you not want to shop here it ask for things

Disgusting attitude from staff. Every time I have gone in there the staff are unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Whoever is doing the recruiting maybe try hiring people who actually want to work there. Yesterday a lady’s bag was stolen. The staff refused to help her and instead folded the clothes around her. When she finally got their attention after 30mins they said security were on break and there was nothing they could do. At a bare minimum they could have called the police or actually acknowledge what had happened.

One member of staff was reasonably helpful. We asked another if they had another coat in the same size as the one on display was dirty. There wasn't. That happens. We asked if they had one in a smaller size, or would sell this at a small discount as ultimately we were running the risk of the marks not coming out, the response was "No discounts offered" which is an internal policy, no problem, and "go and look for another one yourself". Which I find unbelievably poor customer service.

One of my favorite shop! I always find what i am looking for but it’s a small shop in a crowded area so it gets busy very fast! I would recommend to go early

Went in the other day looking for specific items and was able to show the staff exactly what I needed. Staff was rude with poor communication skills. If you're looking for help, you won't find it here. Better to look for size and stock online and go to another branch. Such a shame.
