I bought lots of items one beautiful clearance dress had a missing string & so I ended up receiving 15% discount from Harold the lovely worker at the till who was serving me advised me to become a member and receive special offers alongside an extra 10% off. I left feeling happy. HHe was so friendly knowledgable energetic and funny so I had to leave a review about the exceptional customer service I received from a high street retail. Go to Harold ladies & enjoy x

Spent £85 and wanted to return a pair of trousers I bought 7 days ago. I went to H&M in High Street Kensington with a receipt and Daniele refused. Daniele offered to exchange the item for something else in the store and refused to give me a refund or gift voucher. The trousers were still with tags and unworn, I had only purchased them 7 days ago. I asked him if I could speak to the store manager and he responded to say he was the Area Manager and that the store manager could not help me. He ended the conversation telling me I should shop in Zara. Talking to him Daniele convinced me that he don't like ethic minorities, he made me feel awful. I'm never going there again.

I went to H&M to just browse I wasn't buying anything I was looking for coats and long sleeve stops, it nice store, so if you want something just head to h&m they've got nice clothes, though I don't usually buy my clothes there. do hurry and head to h&m

The worst branch, have shortage of staff , they have long queues all the time with no priority queue for accessibility / pregnant woman.
Not organised in staff and extremely slow with no working wifi or receptions
So disappointing for a company such as H&M

Racism shop , I am a French banker and , the security guys ! The security person didn't stop following me! It's his job, I understand, but he took my picture when I was just looking at the clothes! This is the worst experience of my life, I'm disappointed with England and especially with the brand! It's over.

I went to H&M in High st Ken yesterday and I am very happy with the 2 items I bought. Anna was fantastic, she helped me find what I was looking for. Thank you.

a shame, as soon as we arrived the security follows us it's their job but even taking the ecalators he continued followed by taking photos a real shame I strongly advise against any tourist

It’s quite spacious and I had a stress free experience but I could hear the staff fighting with each other so loudly it was so awkward. The guy working the til was super friendly though.
