Primark

Where to start. I went in there today to buy a pair of trousers as going to a restaurant on Tuesday for my Birthday. Well I go up and go too that section. I was far from happy at the choice of men's casual trousers all you had was black trousers for men. Which in my opinion is just not on.
So then me and my wife had the battle to find my size. (Which you didn't have in stock) 38 waist amd a 30 leg. Closest I got was a 38 waist amd a 32 leg so got to take them up as I have bad legs and on crutches I could fall and hurt myself. Mens choice was far from any choice. Not many different sizes for most people. Was not happy to be honest.

Typical Primark. The prices were abit more than the London ones but generally a good clean neat store. There were quite a few reductions on clothing

I disagree with buying fast fashion so I can't give 5 stars. The staff is friendly and helpful, I went there on Sunday afternoon and the place looked neat and I bet they had a hurricane of people going through the shop. I bought a nice looking jumper but unfortunately the quality is matching the price. I read some time ago that they are investing to become more sustainable. Well, I think they still have a long way to go!

It's been a while since I've been in primark and nothing has changed. The prices are still good and it has a decent variety to look at.
The kids department is awesome for kitting them out with a whole new wardrobe without spending an absolute fortune.

I took 2 vests that were just a bit too tight back to the Folkestone branch to get a refund/ exchange. I'd bought them in Canterbury and was hoping that I could do a swapsy locally instead of flogging all the way back to Canterbury on the no16 bus.
Nooo problemo. Phew. That's good. To my relief I found 2 larger vests and the assistant was happy to do an exchange on view of my receipt. Again, no problemo. Then I had a surprise. I got a small refund because the replacement vests were slightly cheaper ( no, I don't know why either).
Well, I'm not going to complain and they seemed pretty much exactly the same so off I go, happy as Larry!
Thank you, Primark for being so accommodating. And they're perfect and very reasonably priced. Well, they would be, wouldn't they, it's Primark.

Went in today with my assistance dog in training. She did really well the store staff ignored her as needed and security offered to help me. Very good experience

Great store great price's Needs more large sizes. And more staff on tills during busy times.
