I bought a belt which worn out in less than two weeks. When I brought it for a refund, they told me there is nothing they can do. They said they’re not authorised to give me a refund and offered me half price for a new one which is an absolute joke!!! Don’t buy anything there as it will only last a couple of weeks (if not less!!!) and you will waste your time going to claim your rights. And totally incompetent assistant of manager. Customer service so unavailable. Unlike other reviews says here, most of it is made in Asia, not England at all.

Pay less and get more,staff is too good especially Manager and Assistant manager and quality of fabric is outstanding,recommended for everyone who wants a better quality in less price.
