In store people were good and helpful, the customer service number on the other hand realised how bad they were and started pretending like they couldn’t hear me on multiple occasions when I called and only magically were able to hear me when I said I’ve recorded their acting skills and will be sending it to head office.

stick to what you do, and do that with atleast minimum serving standards. You wanted to get greedy and started becoming pick up / drop off point for couriers who are already struggling to provide good service and then adding inefficient, unprofessional store like yours makes it more worse for the customers. Forget using your store for pick up/ drop of parcels I will now stop shopping too in your store and will ask my friends and family to do the same. You have misplaced my envelope with important documents.

Ignorant staff, they block the access to the other shops then they all act like they are kids, including the manager that I speak with, witch didn't even bother to come outside to see the situation . They block the road until they unload all truck. The excuse was the driver was in his rest brake and he can't move to truck, but in all this time he was working unloading the truck....

What joke of a store, they turned the cashiers tills around backwards and call it self-service. Good luck finding a member of staff if you need to have a security tag removed.

Absolutely a waste of time. Paid extra for next day pickup and my order is still not available. Customer service useless.

Matalan always has the best clothes. I've been there a few times and they always have what I need.

Everything is basically self checkout now but not many staff are willing to help and not too friendly
