Beautiful classic clothing. One of my favorite British brands. However, it is quite pricey with few deals — if any. Staff weren’t too attentive or friendly.

Dreadful company and careful ordering online. Their sizes are all over the place and inconsistent even between ongoing lines. Returns are at customer expense. No telephone support. Took 5 days and chasing for just an email reply. They don't read the emails properly. Jack Wills used to be a great company but have become bloated and incoherant - their stores are shutting everywhere and I'm not surprised. If you like what they used to be - switch to Aubin (store off Carnaby St) for a well thought out and coherent shop with great staff.

Open from 10am till 9pm. Not a huge selection in here but still a very good quality of clothes wear. A good shop with friendly staff, well worth a visit.

It’s now under a very friendly but professional new manager and great staff. They’re a world away from the lazy and rude old manager and staff from back in October 2022. A real refreshing change of attitude. My family will return a few more times to shop now!

The return policy is an absolute joke. Like even if you buy something and immediately decide to return it unused and unworn all you can get is store credit which is a right pain, particularly because the clothes that I was interested in buying just did not seem to fit right no matter how hard I tried. Really disappointed to be honest. Staff were great, patient and helpful but their hands were tied by the ridiculous policy
