Crowded.. Cheap and affordable.. lot of options. Quality is ok! I mostly prefer buying home clothes as they are very comfortable and cheap, lasts for a duration. Lot of choices for women for clothes, foot wear, inners, accessories, handbags, ear rings, lounge choices, home stuff. Men’s section and kids clothes are also available with good price ranges. Unfortunately no online shopping portal available for this shop.

Lovely retail giant located in the heart of Hounslow. Can buy affordable quality garment for the fraction of other retail giants. Quality is good, it is excellent value for money. The store can get busy especially during peak hours, so might have to stand in long queue. Customer service is friendly and attentive, staff take care of all you’re needs. I brought a lovely navy blue suit from here and I always receive compliments because of it.

Variety of good clothing and accessories available at an affirdable price range. Also some items in home and decore section available. Not much big though, has all covered up in two floors. Women's and home deco available on ground with kids and Men's section on the top floor. Also every season end they have great price reductions on the season ends products.

It's a joy to shop at Primark :) affordable ,pretty outfits n loads of other stuff.

Affordable prices at good quality, everything for everything from homeware , men, ladies babies, travel to cosmetics.
This place is always on trends and new merchandise is brought regularly I suppose.
Easy access from high street Hounslow.
Social distancing measures are applied within the store but mostly not respected by everyone which is not fair, I would like the management of the store to be more strict as this place is crowded at all the time, no wonder why Hounslow will go in lockdown soon. Other than that, yeah... A good place affordable to anyone.

Great big store with good variety of clothing , travel and home goods. Very well organised. Plenty of tills available , I think lack of staff a till trained and staff should be especially during weekends and festive seasons. Will be coming again :)

Quite surprised to see such a good selection of goods for the whole family. We bought a few things including two Christmas hats at £4 each and with bells attached, the quality of things looked good, certainly for the price. I have been to two Primark shops this week and they were both doing really well at the tills.......speaks for itself.

Reasonable pricing. Difficult to assess sizing as there doesn't seem to be a standard and definitely can't compare sizes to other retail outlets. Most is either oversized or too small. Variety to choose from. Some items last longer than others. Till staff are slow.
