Topshop

I won't shop here anymore .Anytime I have shopped here the security guards (2 different) have made me feel so uncomfortable, that you feel you can't properly look at the clothes, as they constantly stare, it's possibly the most off putting store I have shopped in. On one occasion I was walking through the store and instead of letting the customer pass with goods, he made me move out of the way, and then glared at me, at that point I decided not to make s purchase and left.
s ecurity means being vigilant and discreet, not making the customers who pay your wages feel uncomfortable.

I can see that someone has already complained about the security guards in this shop. My experience was embarrassing, one of the security guards was swearing whilst talking to colleagues in the shop in front of me, he didn't refrain from swearing, on the contrary, he repeated the expression: "those wankers". This should be reported to the head office. Awful.

Awful. Had an email to confirm my order was ready to collect at the store. To then be told when I arrived it wasn't, been in contact with customer service who asked to store to issue my refund. 6 WEEKS later still nothing...

Sadly had an awful experience shopping at Croydon Topshop - firstly the shop is filthy (let’s not start on the changing rooms yuk!!) and the clothes are displayed in a very strange fashion so it is difficult to see the full range of stock.
The staff however are on another level of obnoxious- waiting in a long queue - whilst watching 3 staff chat to security then was short changed when I was eventually served I felt that the cashier realised she short changed me and tried to offer a email receipt so I didn’t realise- dashing off as quickly as she threw (the wrong) change back at me. I was left with an embarrassing wait and examination as the cashier even wrote the wrong amount of cash I gave her so I was made to feel like a criminal!!
I have been an avid topshop shopper for 15years and am very disappointed to say I will NEVER EVER step foot in this particular store ever again.

Love their clothes... I mainly find what im looking for.

Customer service is very poor. It doesn’t matter if you call them like 50 times. They still won’t answer and not even helpful in person. For one of the transaction I need to do manager needs to be present. How am I supposed to know when the manager is there without them answering the phone. I’m not gonna drive there every single day hoping there’s luck. And they don’t even give any help and I ended up getting help from a different store. Very useless people.
