great selection of mens clothing, pretty good value for your money, styles are very up to date, more towards younger customers. one stop shop if you need a new wardrobe. the store is kept reasonably clean and organized. can be busy at times at the till, overall, a well maintained store.

At least one mugger is operating in this store on a daily basis and has been reported twice, on separate days, by a member of my family, to both security and management, who appear to have no interest in stopping this person or persons from pick pocketing their customers. The female pick pocket is foreign, about 5ft 8, pale skin with black hair, which is partially covered with thin scarf. Her eyes are dark and she has thick lips. He MO is to take clothes from hangers and then get close to her intended victim, using the clothes she's holding as cover to steal from people's bags or pockets. Please beware of this woman and possibly other accomplices, and keep your stuff safe because the attitude of the staff in this store is to merely shrug and say that its common for customers to be pick pocketed in the store.

Stopped for a Costa Coffee. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Good selection of gluten free nibbles and very tasty plenty of space to sit in a cosy and relaxed atmosphere

Bought a hoodie from here 3 months ago. First it started leaving a powdery residue on my clothes and started to stretch from a size medium to what more looks like a size XXXL, then within 3 months it was full of holes. I didn’t keep my receipt so didn’t expect a refund however I did want to complain. I called the store and was told to send an email, which I did. Unfortunately Next couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge my email. Not even an apology. This £36 top lasted 3 months. I will never shop with this company again. Not only because of the terrible quality but the contempt they show when customers raise a complaint.

Unless you want a NERVOUS BREAKDOWN NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!Basically on the 3rd of January 2022 I ordered a parcel and paid to be delivered on the4 th of January well THAT NEVER HAPPENED and they were only able to deliver half of my order!! I rang them up and one had to basically dictate the letters from an email address like 8 years old children!!!Then the chain of pathetic apologies arrived that they had problems with delivery but they never had any problems taking my money oh no and an arrogant cynical attitude a staff requesting me (more time so SERIOUSLY THINK AGAIN IF YOU ARE WORKING) I literally had to say either you deliver my parcel or I will speak to my bank and chase my money through them !!So unless you have nerves of steel don’t do it

Next as very nice clothes from high-end name brands. We always stop in and peruse Next when we are in London. And we hit it anytime we see it anywhere else as we did in Edinburgh, Scotland and Huntington, UK. The shopping is terrific- and I ended up with three new shirts.

The sale items are also so good. Has a lot of collection especially one of the best for formal wear for men and women. Affordable compared to high end stores in London. Lots of variety available.

A cool place to shop for casual clothes like jeans, shirts, t-shirts, dress shirts and jackets and many more reasonable items of clothing for both male and female.
There's also a home department where one can buy items for one's home. 👍
Situated perfectly on Oxford Street close to the underground station Oxford Circus which is very convenient even if always busy ☺️
