Flannels

A great shopping experience in Flannels Wolverhampton today. As somebody who NEVER gets good service in luxury stores as I look young I had a fantastic experience. All of the staff I can across were welcoming and polite.
The sales associate helping me today Raj was amazing. Very informative, helpful, polite and made the experience effortless :) Thank you so much.
Will definitely be back in the near future.

Bad experience.

The whole Frasers group is a complete joke. Obviously the attitude of staff comes from the top! For some reason most of the staff think they are some sort of gangsters who can intimidate customers. The Asian lady "manager" at the Wolverhampton Flannels is a typical example. Wrong prices on tickets so instead of apologizing she says we do not have time to change them which means the customer does not know what the real price is until you get to the counter. Just remember guys you are here to serve the customer, if you do not like the job then please get one that you enjoy. Maybe you should have worked harder and got a better education as the only jobs available to you are with the Fraser group, please don't take it out on the customer!

Staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful however I was in a hurry today and did not have time to try stuff on.

What is VERY disappointing for what markets itself as a premium store is they do NOT do refunds. Only credit notes and exchanges.

I think given this disappointing news I will be sticking to other premium stores that offer a higher customer aftercare service.

Shame because the store is nice and the lady (Sorry I can't remember your name) was really helpful today.

Regular shopper here! Just want to say a big thank you to maria! She has great customer service and she is very friendly I went shopping for my brothers birthday and she helped me choose the best gift for him.

I had the worst experience the staff are rude and act as though you are beneath them and they aren't there to serve you. I had to chase a lady down who was acting like she was trying to avoid me they had loads of workers but none are available when the shop was empty they insulted me by asking me if I had enough money to pay because I needed to insert my card! I would rather travel to Birmingham to make purchases
instead of going into my local it's like they are trying to aggravate you or they don't want your money they don't deserve jobs with attitudes like that some people would jump to work there and they would do an amazing job and make alot more money for the business you should fire your staff and start over! If I could I would give no stars it's a disgrace!

Went there with my teen son, the min I walked in I felt all the staff eyes was on me, we was then followed and everytime I touched a piece of clothing I could hear the gasps witch made me leave and order online witch further annoyed me because £6.99 for delivery is a joke when 1 item costs over £100. I've never felt so poor n scummy to be in a shop never again

Nice stuff. Shame it's an ordeal to actually buy anything. Seemed to be hoardes of staff arranging t-shirts, bags and jeans but only one, sloth-like, person on the till.
I gave up in the end, abandoning my purchases. Maybe that's what the staff are doing, putting back piles of clothes that weary shoppers gave up on???!!! Its almost as if they want you to shop online, which is what I'll do instead of wasting my time here.
I suggest you do the same!!!
