Had a exceptional experience today. The staff there are nothing but fantastic! The young guy in the kids department was extremely helpful whilst serving me given I have mobility issues & a lovely lady in womens dept went and found what I was looking for even without me asking. Such a difference to "what we have is out" attitude. Next obviously source & train there staff very well. Thank you for a great shopping experience!

I love this Next store. The parking, entrance and layout is very wheelchair accessible. They always have a great range of stock and staff are always friendly and helpful. I bought a pair of shoes for my son yesterday and a few months back did a click and collect with an online purchase. Both experiences were great. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon.

Next is such a great place to quickly order something last minute and go collect it the next day. Unfortunately on too many occasions now when I’ve gone to collect my order at the Sydenham branch they have been unable to find my order. I’ve then had to re-order it. Maybe I’m just unlucky! However the staff are always very polite when they tell me they can’t find it!

They moved the incompetent staff from Lewisham to this store?The collection process needs serious reviewing. Customers hanging about waiting for help or service. No one in sight. Over 10 customers waiting. The only staff helping is clearly overwhelmed no support for him. 55 mins waiting to collect an item that I ordered, no service. We might as well be begging the next staff to take our money for the benefit buying fast fashion. Please review process and service! Left without collecting my order as they are still looking for it! Nearly an hour later????

I went to this shop to buy a last minute Christmas present. The lady that helped me couldn't have been more helpful. When the present was opened we realized that the security tag had been left on which was strange as the alarm didn't go off when I left the shop. I went back today and explained the problem and was treated like a criminal. They clearly must have thought I was a shoplifter despite having a receipt. Manager was called and the staff member that served me was whispering in his ear. Tag was removed. No apology offered and item was pushed across the counter to me without being folded.

Popped into this next store as a lastminute.com needed a outfit for the new years party. Walked in and gentleness named Marvin looked after me so well and picked me the perfect outfit running back and forth to the stockroom was no problem for him, We need more people like this passionate about there job. At the sametime I was shopping there was also a elderly man who had a nee replacement and could barely walk. Marvin rushed to his assistance trying to make his shopping trip in next easier.
Honestly what a great service. Appreciate it!

Well what a palaver. Not a nice experience at all. I went to collect my parcel this morning. My message said the collection point is childrenswear.

So, off I go to childrenswear and join the queue. Imagine my surprise when cashier
tells me that parcels are now collected in Womenswear.

I explained but my message says, and I turn around and head back to Womenwear . I type in my number and wait for my parcel

I asked to see a Manager as there were a couple of issues I wanted to raise.

* why Head Office is sending Next Sydenham customers incorrect information on where to collect

* the hand sanitiser station is too far away from the ipad area.

My question is what action Nect Sydenham Branch Manager is taking to rectify the above.
Where is the leadership in this store. 🤔
