Small but lots of stock packed in. It's always done in sections to make it easier to shop. They can't help the pokey size, but you do find yourself looking at a garment then having to get out of the way of another shopper. Can't be helped. Staff are always lovely and professional. I always buy something each visit. Only point I can make is lots of fabric is now very thin and see through, and I can vary from a 16 to a 22 in sizing in there depending on the item

Not such a good variety as other next shops

Re-reviewing with a recent experience. Sadly no more stars. Next to Costa, they are in the running for the slowest service in the Hight St, with times bordering on Glacial.

I recently attempted to buy (just) a tie in an empty store and after 10 minutes over two floors and two tills, I gave up and bought one for half the price in M&S. 👍

Shop too small..pain in the arse having to order clothes online..website not brilliant

Men's clothes - good selection and found what I could not find at M&S who seemed to have very little stock at the moment

Went there to return some clothing purchased online. No queue, very fast, efficient and friendly service.
