Great store with great products - shops their often for gifts but on recent visit ( earlier today ) shop assistant was particularly bad . It was raining , so I was wearing an anorak , but she appeared to be suspicious of this look and followed me - in the most unsubtle manner - throughout the store . There s a way to do it properly and this was not it. HIghly recommend further training .

Really rude lady working in the store. Raised her voice in front of other customers and made snarky remarks.

The team at OB Finchley Road are exceptional! I have know them for a while now even thought few new faces have appeared recently, I can say the with the old they are all gold! I always feel welcomed like I'm stepping home. They are incredibly knowledgeable and they always offer me options to consider! Absolutely fabulous! Well done team!

I always loved Oliver Bonas products and I this year I decided to do my Christmas shopping in Finchley road store. Staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. I like the layout of the store well kept .great job team and manager.

Fortunately it's open from 10am on a Sunday and worth a visit before the supermarkets let shopping start from 11am. Lots of lovely items which make good gifts or generally give a feeling of class and quality. The staff were chatty and welcoming, they pointed out a few things without being overbearing recognising my preference for browsing randomly. A range of clothes, homeware, furniture and everything in between. Slightly pricey but a choice of items on sale too.

I love the things in Oliver Bonas! I am a regular costumer!
But my last experience wasn’t nice.. In the branch in Finchley Road O2, they are in a hurry to close 10min before time so if you go in a hurry avoid it as you are in for a very rude 10 min!!
I had few minutes to spare and decided to try on some clothes I had seen before in OB. As soon as I came in I was snubbed for coming in 10 min before closing time and so the door was closed after me but I knew what I wanted to try so I thought ok I ll try in a minute pay and go before 6pm.

I had a £100 worth of clothes in 2 items ( joggers and jumper) in my hand when I asked one of the assistants whether I could try it in a flash, she said ‘yes’ and a second later another assistant came and said ‘no’ we are closing. So he literally snatched the items from me and I left 7min to 6pm (closing time). I worked in a shop before and let me tell you this is a big ‘No’. Or maybe Oliver Bonas have a different this policy. Very disappointing.

Very helpful service. When one jewellery item I bought was faulty they took it back, apologised and gave me store credit. Good range of products, my favourite OB store.
