Top notch service. Very interesting clothes for men and women. Is able to turn around made to measure in 5 days. The ready item I found (and bought!) was exactly what I was looking for. The price to quality ratio is really good value, I was very impressed!

Terrible experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone who’s planning for a wedding or a big purchase. The owner will most definitely ruin your big day! Herewith is a brief summary of the challenges we faced:

1. Before the owner tries to pass this off as a fake review I have invoices to prove my purchases.
2. If you do decide to shop here, which I very much don’t recommend. Always use a credit card. That’s your only hope of sorting out issues as the owner does not care after she is paid
3. Calling my wife an idiot, shouting at her while her mother and aunt were with us and other people in the store
4. Man from the shop snatching clothes after wed paid 80% of the costs, as he thought we would run out! Who does that?
5. Don’t take the clothes unless you’re 100% happy. The store is poorly lit, dingy and you won’t see issues like you will in daylight. My outfit had mould, there were pencil marks on white fabric, stitching was poor in places and the colour from the glue on sequins ran into the white fabric making black marks.
6. Don’t sign anything unless you’re 100% happy and she has shown you samples and all colours. She will use it against you if there is an issue in the future
7. Don’t write a review in her book or on the back of the invoice. That will also be used against you in any dispute
8. Agree when the outfits will be ready to try ours were weeks late and ended up coming close to the wedding
9. We didn’t even wear these rubbish outfits. We had to go the the far better store on the same road and they were 100 times better and genuine.
10. Keep an eye on costs. She will quote one price and every time there is a change it goes up by hundreds. The final price we paid was about £400 more than quoted. Not to mention all work is carried out without your consent so you just have to pay it in the end.

Outfits produced are satisfactory however what let’s this place down is the complete disregard to manners. The owner/designer who is posting her own fake 5 star positive reviews referred to my mum as “she” and told us to leave the store despite having already paid 90% of the bill. Avoid this store like the plague.

I bought an outfit for my son’s Hindu wedding from Rivaaz. I don’t usually wear asian outfits but the lady who owns the shop (Geeta) designed the perfect outfit for me within my budget and quickly. It fits perfectly and I really like the colour!

Rivaaz have been offering Made to measure service, which was exclusive for Indian clothing in UK. I had ordered my weeding costumes with Rivaaz. I am very satisfied with their service. Will definitely come back to Rivaaz in future occasions.

AVOID THIS SHOP. Now this shop is Luxmi Mahal selling south indian wedding/pooja articles. The owner is very arrogant, and not ready to show the customer wants. Had very bad experience with this shop.

Certainly avoid. Don't be fooled by the 'positive' reviews on here. They are quite clearly fake. The owner lost my kurta and decided to blame it on me for not picking it up sooner... during a pandemic. Doesn't explain how it was lost. I ordered turban material which was wrong too. The outfit itself was the wrong colour scheme. Not worth the stress when you have a wedding coming up. I had to buy a new outfit, which I did in Southall. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
