Its a shame the rest of the Venison's chain is let down by the appalling service at this location. It seems customer service is of little importance to this team, alongside loyalty to services provided by other Venison's stores. Would be useful to send the entire team to learn about how to provide the basics of customer service; shouting and ignoring customers is not it!

Fantastic customer service - super helpful and considerate! A virtual appointment was booked and was conveniently held very quickly. Colour choices were clear, with images sent and tailored to meet our needs. Such a god sent feeling being able to shop online, during a hard time. Thank you Venisons - couldn’t recommend enough!

Such a wonderful shop with great stock and brilliant customer service! Would really recommend their services. The staff go out of their way to help you find what you want and the clothing is beautiful

I needed few bharathnatyam jewellery urgently.. their service is very nice.. they shared the pictures and helped me choose..
Once I made the payment, they posted it immediately and I received it within 24 hrs of order.. highly impressed ..

Went there to buy lehenga for my little one. The sales ladies in the shop just want to stand and do nothing and watch customers from head to toe. Not ready to show the clothes at all. You can see the ones in the hangers.. and kept speaking in Gujarati and all I could hear was customers customers and she was definitely speaking ill abou them.

The owners of this shop definitely need to start treating their employees well or otherwise they will exhibit such behaviour or send them to India to see and learn how sales person should be working.

If they don't like to work, they should quit.

The idle place to buy kurta, lehenga set for kids and Ladies of all age group. They also have casual tops for ladies / traditional Indian wear for marriage and function. They also sell all the accessories like bangles, chain and necklace.

They also have change in room and place to rest for elders. The parking is on the side however max parking is 2 hours. This particular venisons specialise in ladies tops and kids dress. Staffs are very polite and helpful.
