Very good customer service from staff here everytime I try something on I always ask for a opinion and there always honest with me there's a lady with dark hair on the mens depermant who's probably in her 40s is super helpful and really chatty

I don.t know how was for other people but today staff wasn.t friendly and happy to help. I want to buy a dress but the girl from till said that she is not so strong to remove the magnet. She count how many other clothes i buy from them and she smile. I come back after 15 min with a plan because i was still thinking of that dress. I ask them if someone from men area can help. One of the ladyes went upstaires and whisper to another and then they try to take the magnett off but whithout luck...so i went home disappointed.😥

Always worth a visit for a bargain or two. My Daughter loves the kids range but it does come up small so she's now in petite aldults "abit more pricey" but good quility

Came in yesterday to return a necklace, I didn't have a receipt, but the lady upstairs was great, and I swapped it for another item, she was very polite and helpful
