Axsana's Saree

Horrible experience - paid for an overpriced tailoring of my Saree blouse where measurements were done incorrectly - and the stitching broke after trying it on in the shop. They’ve ruined an expensive material that was a wedding gift from my mother in law despite repeatedly telling them how important it was to do a decent job and offering to buy a blouse in store instead. Would never return again and am extremely disappointed for the lack of understanding of the shop owner.

Very disappointed! Unprofessional customer service and very rude!

I had extremely poor experience with both the shop and the tailors.

Shop:
The lady at the shop who took my measurements for a saree blouse was extremely unprofessional and rude. She was very unhelpful and she was openly body shaming in front of other customers.

Tailors:
- When I went to pick the blouse up on the agreed date, I learned that they have not even started, despite my blouse being given well in advance. I waited for nearly 2 hours while they were stitching the blouse.
- Very overpriced for the work they deliver
- Both the tailors were very unprofessional
- They were leaving my saree on the dirty floor and did not even apologise. I also witnessed that there were other expensive sarees on the floor.
- The place is kept very unhygienic

I would not recommend this place!!

The lady in the shop so rude.

I got scammed!! I bought some clothes from this shop for my daughter's ceremony and some shirts, The label on the shirt was L and they scribbled it replaced as M and sold to me. I wanted refund for other clothes I bought as they were not fit. The lady at that shop told me that they don't have many due to covid situation and please come back, I'll give you the refund ( She was kinda begging) I went there after some times and she was very rude and told me she can't give me refund straight away. Also I gave a sample shirt to stitch and she refused to give that to me back and told me she put that on trash. Don't shop there. Very unprofessional.
