I have had a great experience at RDC with my bridal dress. Before visiting RDC I thought I would order my dress from a designer in Pakistan however I’m so glad I didn’t do that as the quality of the dress would not have been nearly as good as what I received here. The customer service is great especially from Anmol she is so accommodating and makes you feel very comfortable. Rashid himself is very involved and you know you’re in safe hands. The swatch of the colours and the mock sample dress to check the size are excellent services they provide and put your mind at ease. On the collection day a few minor size alterations had to made but they were dealt with very swiftly. I was able to collect my dress in less than 4 months from ordering and I’m so glad that this is something I didn’t have to stress over at all. I would highly recommend RDC to any brides. I bought my wedding dress from RDC and honestly had the best experience with them - especially Anmol in the team who took care of me throughout. I’ve shopped around and bought outfits from elsewhere which have been a nightmare to deal with but with RDC I had no stress especially for the most important outfit I would be purchasing. I was given great advice by the RDC team when picking my dress and it came on time & any alterations were done straight away. Having 1:1 appointments made it so much easier as there weren’t other customers in the way and all attention was dedicated to me during my appointments. The quality of the dresses are AMAZING, highly recommend!

We travelled quite far from RDC but the service was exceptional. Very great expertise, catering for all my wants and needs. Unlike many other bridal stores, they were very professional and actually delivered what they promised. Unfortunately there was a slight mishap with the dress on the wedding day but thankfully we managed to improvise and speaking to RDC they’re more than happy to make the amendments required - overall REALLY happy with the service, quality and professionalism. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again for other outfits.

I cannot recommend RDC London enough if you are thinking of getting your bridal outfit from here - don't even think twice! I had the best and most amazing experience from Rashid and his amazing team at the store. Even when there were a few things I wanted to change -nothing was too much for them and with me living abroad they did everything to work around me and my timeline. Cannot stress enough how much the pictures don’t do justice to this gorgeous dress! the colour, the material and the fitting was done so well needed no changes and came earlier. I was so disappointed after I got my wedding dress from somewhere else so I didn’t have high hopes for this but I was beyond happy they really did get everything spot on and it was perfect! not to mention the customer service and the communication was amazing especially during a stressful wedding period! would definitely recommend for your big day! 😍

I don’t even know where to begin writing this. I went into RDC not knowing what to expect when it came to bridal, I wasn’t one of those girls who knew exactly what she wanted, I just knew what I didn’t like! After my first appointment I ended up asking RDC to design all of my wedding function outfits. The time, care and consideration they gave me was unmatched, they really made the process easy for me and made me feel that I was in trusted hands, I was guided on big decisions and shown what would and wouldn’t work - yet they always accepted my final say. Anmol and Rashid ended up becoming like friends, I was always informed on the timeline and always knew how far my dresses were until completion. Thank you for everything you did, you made me feel like a princess on all my occasions.
