Very intimate shop, maybe a bit over staffed but you always have staff on hand if you need assistance. It is a small shop compared to other large retailers such as h & m and Superdry but it still manages to house a substantial amount of changing rooms (for women).

Bought a pair of shoes in offer. When reached home found damage in the shoe. Asked for exchange. They didn't have other pair in same size. Tried few other models even at non offer products. Still didn't have my size. So asked for refund. But they are ready to refund. Offering me credit note. Even after I said I don't have anything to buy from that store in near future.

The sounds of an alarm was extremely effective at hurting my ears. Shopping is very stressful. Dont need employees just looking and hoping the alarms going off. Will just stop on there own merit and think leave it be the power will stop it or run out of batteries. There are so many branches of Blue Inc.
Croydon is a nice and big town so there is a Blue at Centrale.
The selection at Blue is impressive just like their other branches.
Overall you can get a good selection of clothes at good prices.

Great shop with a great range of clothes! The staff are very friendly and they play some good tunes

My favourite clothing shop been shopping here for years. Don't understand why there is not many customers inside coz they have some good quality stuff at bargain prices. I have never walked out of here without picking up something.
