Visited this store 11/11. I appreciated how the store stopped for 2 minutes for the 2 minute silence. Only issue I had was the temperature in there was boiling so couldn't stay in there very long. The lady who served me on the tills was lovely and packed my bags for me too

Reasonable prices . Very busy shop gets messy

Disappointing this year. We make a visit every Christmas and usually there is much choice for everyone but this year there was far less Christmas jumpers and the women's lines of clothing was just awful and one note (shiny metallics and cheap wool). We dressed little one up for a picture with Christmas Mickey and Minnie but that wasn't up this year. Lifts are a joke so people with pushchairs can't get around easily or quickly. Took nearly 30 minutes on one occasion! Staff on tills really friendly despite being so busy which is nice but at one point about 6 members of staff were on the shop floor by the pyjamas just having a chin wag, being loud and unhelpful when there was actually nothing on the shelves I guess they could have been refilling.

primark never disappoints.. it has everything for everyone.. women collection is not that good but the price matches the quality.. Home is is the best and i mainly go for buying stuff from home section than other stuff..

It's good just wish there was more clothes for men, and there should be toilets available which there aren't even if you have a disability or whatever. As someone who has a internal issues this should be normal but closest toilet is mcds or fosse park loo's.

With Primark you know what you are getting yourself in for before you go, it’s going to be large, busy and kind of an ordeal to endure. Having said that, there are often quite a few good products on offer if you are brave enough to sift through the human soup that is the shop,
It’s particularly horrendous in December when people are getting their festive gifts. It’s one of those shops that is occasionally necessary to visit but is unlikely to be a pleasurable experience.

Shop nice to look at, brought items for business.

Requested a Vat invoice that they refused to give, after asking manager they said we could look online for there vat number.

This is a needed item for Any businnes purchase. And if a shop is selling an item it needs to be able to give receipt showing vat that they have charged.

I do look forward to a reply from Primark, as when handing in my receipt to my accounts they will be calling Primark.

Love Primark always manage to get good clothes at good prices. Plenty of variety. Only downside is wish the sizes went higher
