Flannels

Went in with the hopes of purchasing some stone island cargos trousers, I would of thought when coming to spend a large sum of money I would be greeted better by staff at the facility however this was not the case.

Was given wrong information from a staff member there stating that my blue light discount could not be used online for me to then collect in store as they did not have my size in stock.which was false as I put the code in and it worked with an option for store pick up?

Left the shop and proceeded to purchase elsewhere with more accommodating staff

I waited 30 days for a refund for the returned package, consisting of two items. The money was returned to me for one (much cheaper) item, while for the more expensive one, it was said that the shipment was lost. The item was not lost because it was in the package together with the pants, and they received the pants. However, when I tried to contact them again - customer service did not answer and allow me to get in touch. In short, I don't know if the item I returned was stolen or lost on their side, but if it is, you certainly won't get any protection and no money back, although it's not your fault. With all that, they won't even allow you contact, and you can only dream of help. Certainly, the avoidance of contact, the confirmation of the receipt of one item from the shipment (and there were two altogether) and the lack of cooperation, and the fact that they did not even contact me that the clothes were lost - although I contacted them to let me know what was happening with the shipment gives me a pretty clear confirmation that the Flannels stole my item.

We turned up at 7 on a Monday, bearing mind the store closes to the public at 8: we parked right outside the store. One of the workers locked the door as we parked up. We tried getting their attention to open up, but they ignored. As we couldn’t get in, we were getting ready to make our half an hour trip back, until we saw a father and son walk up to the door and get in as we were leaving. So we decided to go back as we desperately wanted to get in. We went back to the door and it was locked. However one of the employees had to open the door to let a customer out who had two bags in their hand, which obviously means they have bought something from them. When the customers walked out we asked the employee if we can quickly come in. She responded to us by saying their tills have crashed, which can’t be true as someone had just bought from them. We mentioned we saw them let in the father and son but she didn’t answer or want to comply and proceeded to lock the door on us. By then it was only 7:30, meaning it should be open. This ruined my evening as I had travelled an hour there and back to not be allowed in the shop for an illegitimate reason.

Very helpful young man in the store. They're always happy to check price codes and deal offers. It's still expensive, but you don't expect anything else.

Staff are always helpful & on hand when you need them.
The clothing is fantastic along with great prices & plenty of offers.

Spent less than 2 mins in the place. £85 for a t-shirt.. I don't think so.

Pretentious people who aren't happy unless they're wearing something with a name on it paying extortionate prices for very ordinary clothes made in a third world country for a £1 and sold to you for £350, but you know a fool and his money are soon parted.
