I have just received my Cable cowl neck in colour way Summerstorm. It is absolutely gorgeous. The cable pattern is beautiful, I'm delighted with the colour and I find the wool extremely soft (and I do have sensitive skin!). I always like to wear a lightweight cotton or silk tee shirt beneath my jumpers anyway. The service has been marvellous and Lucy has been amazingly helpful. I now have 3 beautiful cardigans and a jumper from Woolaway. I can vouch that they wash beautifully. They are also great value for money.Thank you very much for a beautiful garment

I've bought four items now from Woolaway and I'm delighted with them. I'm switching to wool to try and keep warm while WFH and save fuel. These are the real deal, my sweater and long line cardy are very cosy and my two throws are simply gorgeous and warm. Lovely colours. I'll be buying more for family members. Good quality, good value, great to support this British company, and sheepfarmers.

Woolaway had a stand at the Moreton show this weekend. Their choice of wool clothing ponchos, jumpers, cardigans, throws were fantastic and the quality was first class - highly recommend.

Ordered an aran sweater , which was promptly and efficiently sent.
Delighted with it ; perfect fit, well-made , and very warm . Very reasonably priced also. Can't beat 100% British wool for keeping out the cold !

I purchased a Guernsey Crew Neck Jumper from Woolaway Knitwear. I was pleased with it, the fit was just right. When I came to wash it, I followed their instructions: 30-degree wool wash, drying it flat on the washing line. Much to my disappointment, it shrank so much I couldn't put it on.

I later bought an Aran. Again, I was pleased with the jumper, it was a 'roomy' fit. Not to repeat my experience, I used a cold wool wash and air dried. This jumper has now shrunk, the sleeves are halfway up my wrists and the hem barely reaches my waistline. I am perplexed about how one can wash them without significant shrinkage happening. My washing machine is less than six months old and washes other loads fine. Understandably, I am very disappointed. I have parted with over £100 for premium products which became unwearable after following the washing instructions on their website. What's more, they won't even respond to my e-mails.

Ordered a medium jumper as a Christmas present basing the measurments off a small one I ordered a while ago.

The sleeves on the medium are shorter than on the small! They are less than 49 cm long where as the small sleeves are 51 cm.

I contacted the company who only replied once and were extremly rude! So I am left with an expensive jumper which doesn't fit!

Avoid this company!

Ordered a 'Lucy' cardigan. It arrived in the morning and I put it on to check the size. I didn't take it off until bedtime. Good quality British wool knitwear at a very reasonable price. The 'Lucy' is especially warm because of the collar which provides a welcome extra layer over the neck and shoulders.

I ordered a throw and a cardigan. They are nicely made, the pattern is lovely and the wool is soft, but the cardigan is very large with long arms. I ordered a small size but it is more like a 16 on me than a 10-12. Perhaps you could consider making a XS size

What was a shame was on receipt I had to wash both items twice because of the smell; the throw in particular has a really unpleasant smell and makes the room smell; and I will have to wash it again as the smell still hasn't gone. Saying that both products washed really well at 30 degrees and low spin in machine.
