My visit to this store today was dreadful. Not only do they only have one changing room upstairs there is no one supervising or managing it. A lady went in before us with her two daughters and a load of clothes and took a good 30 minutes irrespective of the queue outside. To cut a long story short when I tried to get the managers attention she finally asked in a very aggressive manner was there a problem. Trying to get her to take some kind of responsibility or apology we were greeted with incredible rudeness and lack of concern. When we said we would make a formal complaint she just said fine go ahead. Will not be returning and hope her management will take this further.

Today there were three members of staff stocking shelves and a queue of people waiting to be served by a single person. No attempt was made to attend to waiting customers, not even an acknowledgement from them.

Served by Rayhaneh who was incredibly rude. Bought shoes here that were setting alarms off in every shop we went to afterwards, staff at other shops suggested this happened often and to go back and ask them to rub the shoes on the magnet to stop this; we did this and they seemed outraged at the request and just refused to do it. Ended up having to return shoes. Obviously very unhappy with this.

Love the shop be shopping there from teenage 20 years they have good range of on trend classics and basics can't go wrong suits every age range and has men, children and household wow good stuff!!!!
