Bought a lilac mohair jumper on sale. Very pretty. Even on sale it was over £120. The item is unwearable though! Leaves curly fibers all over the trouser, jeans, leggins. To the point that even the lining of my coats is filthy with these embedded lilac curly threads! Absolutely impossible to wear unless you carry a sticky garment cleaning roll in your bag!
I went with that problem to the store I purchased it from on Marylebone High Street, London. Manageress Sylvia said that it normal, for mohair to do that and they can not help me. I have other mohair tops, none of them do that!!! So who's at fault? Me? cause I'ts me who's stuck with an expensive jumper which looks good but I CAN'T USE IT!!!!!
If the issue remains unresolved I will not hesitate to report it an a non-compliance with a Consumer Protection Act.
I feel I've been treated unfairly and I consider this kind of material/mohair faulty or at very least NOT suitable to make garments from!

DO NOT BUY!!I loved these trainers and have worn them 12-15 times over the course of 3 months. However the seam spilt and they went from looking new to ragged, damaged and awful overnight. The Bimba y Lola customer service team immediately dismissed my complaint and then left emails unanswered. A complete rip off not worth £160. So disappointed

They still owe me money from a refund over a month later. The quality of their products is also a disappointment and their customer service is non existence. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.
