Avoid this 'company' like the plague. They will take your money then ignore you when you want an update on your item and why it hasnt arrived in the specified time. They will constantly post items (they haven't got in stock) on social media whilst they continue to ignore you. 4 weeks will pass and you'll have no tracking number for your item, and limited contact saying tracking will be given 'on Monday' or 'tonight' and you'll get nothing. When you get angry about the lies and upset that that you have nothing to show for your money and frustrated that they will do everything other than tell you the truth, you will be called abusive! And you won't get an apology. They constantly blame suppliers. Chinese New year. Pandemic. Ask you to be KIND and understanding, blame YOU for their lack of service. When they DO reply and issue a refund it's under the guise that it's only because they won't tolerate abuse, and NOT because they got everything WRONG! JOKE COMPANY DONT DESERVE ANY KINDNESS.

Envy label is my go to online boutique from casual to holiday shop! I've been ordering my holiday bits from envy for years and never have been disappointed! Always kept up to date if I have an enquiry, material and quality is fabulous one of the best out there. Their clothes and bikinis are wow! Always get complimented and asked where mu bikinis are from on holiday. So So happy with them. Can't wait to order more very soon xx

I saw Envy Label advertised on instagram and as a small business owner myself - I try and support as many as I can. The dresses arrived quickly and are true to size as well! The price definitley reflects the quality and I can’t wait to order some more pieces! Would highly recommend to friends and family.

I ordered from this website on the 12th of February and received a shipping confirmation on the 14th. It’s now the 21st of March and I haven’t received the item. I’ve emailed them and contacted them through direct message on Instagram, both to which I’ve received no response despite them posting regularly.

Im so happy with my new LV bag, I first found them on Insa at the start of the year only commited to purchase (finally!) In May... I really wish I ordered earlier because the quality is amazing, the communication is amazing and it is obvious once you interact with this business how much they care. I already have my eye on what to order next and recommend anyone else who has seen something on their site they like/love to just go for it!

Never received my item I purchased. I have chased and chased for months for them to only ignore me and when they did finally reply say Royal Mail ‘had lost the parcel’ - the tracking number provided never worked. AVOID!

We also went to this brands shop in Westfield last week. Met the team and the lady who owns the brand. She was so nice. Very helpful and interacted with us all. I brought a jumpsuit and cardigan. Everything is perfect and still wearing the cardigan today haha! I recommend this brand if you need branded items I think they only do this online and not in stores.

Ordered over a month ago. Emailed after 2 weeks for an update on where my item is.... no reply. Number to call them is unrecognised.

Update

After a second chaser email I received a response saying it would be delivered the following day which is fine (if it does arrive). However I got no apology for the delay or lack of communication.... not very good customer service
