Great if you're a lady. But if you're a male then this shop isn't great for male clothing. They barely ever have popular sizes of the decent shirts and clothes. I advise also to try any trousers on, but shirts are generally fine to just buy and walk away.

Spent way too long in this shop but not a bad thing. Just wish it was bigger, had a nice range of products for men and children but not as much for women. Customer service was pretty good too. The staff were all very friendly! Will be returning. Only downside is it isn't big enough haha!

I quite like the total shopping experience. Didn't realize this branch was spread over 3 floors! The range of products was vast and quality of items I picked up was really good value for money. Good social distance measures put in place as well.

Nice staff, get cheap quality clothes from them

Cheap clothes but terrible customer service; the staff are mostly kind and welcoming - but they are hamstrung by cold and uncaring corporate rules that prevent them from giving any good form of customer resolutions. Only buy what you can live without as if there is any issues - you have no chance of getting it resolved. (Will update if situation improves)

The team in the store need urgent training to serve the customers better in a changing retail landscape. On one hand, It’s perhaps understandable that the staff are just following draconian policies imposed by head office but it’s the customers that are left dissatisfied and disappointed. In imposing these policies, the staff are rude and inflexible fearful of losing their jobs. If you have lost the receipt or washed it with your laundry, you are going to be treated with such distain and you will leave feeling very disappointed irrespective of whether the item is fully tagged and has not been worn.

Rarely have normal sizes in stock like 14 or 16. Sizes come up different every time you buy something. A size 12 t-shirt might fit perfectly and so does an 18. A lot of 4,6,8 which most people don't fit.

very depressing walking round , unhappy staff , no christmas atmosphere at all and couldnt find anything i had seen advertised on instagram . If it wasnt for the wonderful lady on the till AVTAR who was amazing and so helpful , i dont think I would bother comeing back in until after new year Xxxx
