I recently purchased a couple of dresses online absolutely love them,however I had a small request which needed to be addressed at the Cambridge store my closest store to where I live, prior to visiting I spoke to Olivia who put my mind at rest and reassured me that nothing would be too much trouble. Amazing lady! But the wonderful customer service didn't stop there, I visited the store last Wednesday and spoke with Freya and Sophie they are both a credit to the brand. The navy dress the one with the spots on also in Navy travelled back to Lincolnshire perfectly and I can't wait to wear it. Thank you all very much I will be back.

Absolutely appalling customer service from those working at this store. As I tried things on, the employee honestly watched me showing the items to my partner like a hawk making the whole experience uncomfortable.

So much for a premium brand. If you want to go to a nice ted baker, avoid this one. Go to Westfields where the shop assistants actually help you, offer shoes to try with your items, give assistance, not just stare and be useless.

Don't waste your money and time. I bought a gift set online and was told it would be dispatched within 3-5 days as per standard delivery. On day 4, I called to check and was told it would arrive the next day. It didn't. Checked again on day 7 and was told to expect it the next day. It didn't arrive. Today is day 10 and the parcel is not even with the courier. When I called customer care, the agent tried to blame me by saying since I paid for standard delivery, nothing is guaranteed. OK? If it had been dispatched on time as promised, I would have it, no? I am leaving the country and won't be at the address when the order arrives but I've been told I can't cancel and get a refund. It's a waste of time, energy and money, and is certainly the worst online shopping experience I've had. I will actively discourage anyone from patronising Ted Baker. There are better high street fashion outlets with similar items and quality that won't disappoint you.

Had I not been sent on a errand to buy a top specifically from Ted baker I would have walked of this shop without a purchase. Garments are good, but oh my god the service in this shop was atrocious! All three member of staff. My purchase was literally 'slung' in the bag.

Would I shop at the Cambridge branch again? Absolutely not. Disappointed in the service is an understatement.

Date of visit: 18/01/2003. I popped in store for a refund and I have to say I been really impressed by the courtesy of all the staff members, extremely professional and ready to offer help and answer my queries. Strongly recommended. Five stars more than deserved.

Very helpful staff finding, particularly retrieving sizes from the stock room which were not on the shelves. As they have such a wide range of sizes I guess you cannot keep them all out, but the range means you can find a good fit. Not shopped in Ted Baker before and full prices seemed high to me but there was a sale on which made the prices more reasonable. Hoping the clothes are good quality, and wash well, which would then justify the cost.

The staff here run this store for their convenience and have no interest in providing a positive experience for the customer. At 5:45 pm arrived in store and my husband wanted to try on a pair of trousers. Was told "Dressing rooms closed so we can have them nice and tidy for tomorrow!" On previous occasions, have encountered similar attitude here. Management need to sit up and take notice. This is costing the brand dearly!
