Foot Locker

Came into store with my son was approached by staff found the trainers my son wanted, he got measured found his correct size and purchased. Excellent service by staff. In and out of store pretty quickly will definitely bring my family again.

Popped in here on Saturday morning to look at some running shoes as I received a voucher for my birthday. The only staff member on the shop floor looked blankly at us as we walked in - fair enough, it was early in the morning.
I then asked which shoes would be suitable for running and was told 'none'...not a single pair of shoes in store would be suitable for running, he then shrugged his shoulders and that was it. Wish I could return my voucher, this is the closest store to us and it was a pointless visit

I just bought my pair of shoes in this store and I'd like to rate with a maximum stars.

after trying out a size that was too they suggested i try out another size which were far too small (2 sizes smaller than what i normally get). They said they would stretch when worn in. Attempted to stretch them in but no luck just discomfort. Then wouldn't let me return them for a larger size.

Really poor customer service over the phone. Only rang to see if they have a different size in a trainer that we bought for our daughter before having to try and take 3 children into Bristol. Within 8 mins of the store opening there too busy to deal with my enquiry over the phone.

Very rude staff including the manager. I had a very bad experience. Last purchase at Foot Locker! Who wants to appear shoes here must know that nothing changes. The staff invents anything so as not to change you.
Horrible staff, never seen in one shop so many ignorant people together!

Worst footlocker branch I’ve been to, poorly managed staff. They all don’t want to be there, walk around with no care in the world as if they are walking around in a park. MAJOR upgrade needed to the store. I’ve stopped going there because of the atmosphere. Bristol is a upcoming city at that store doesn’t fit in at all.
