After paying with Scottish notes and receiving my change, was asked if I would mind taking a refund and paying by card. Said no and manager tried to say his bank wouldn't accept the notes. Then he tried to accuse me of shoplifting. Bought and paid for goods and have the receipt to prove it. In an area full of tourists, pretty poor customer service

We got everyone in the family a shirt here! Great prices and had specials for people buying multiple items. Nice staff too!

Very unpleasant experience. The staff arranging products at the counter pretended not understanding my question, not even trying to understand. So rude and unprofessional. She should know how she is harmful to other people.

It's been a few years ago. The conversation with the friendly young female staff is a good memory. I hope she could come to Japan.
