Great store but you'll need deep pockets! Staff are very helpful and a nice place to be

Love it in here, would like them ot have a bit more range. and sometimes have more sizes out, but staff are always happy to help and very helpful. always nice for a visit

I went ask help from staff, young blonde lady with shoulder length hair. I was stood in front of her waiting to catch her attention as I wanted to ask a question about a product. She knew I was there but pretended I wasn’t? When I did speak up and ask for her help, she looked annoyed that I did. Previous visits to that shop were very pleasant and staff helpful. I went to house of frasier instead to buy the bag I wanted as she ruined by christmas shopping.

Not very happy went there today 6-jan-19 no customer service, was looking for new outfits etc.. no help from the two girls that I could see , and the guy standing by fitting room. Looking at me ! Shame I really like Ted baker. But not this shop. 😡

Good shop but WATCH PRICES...
Items can often be found cheaper online at their own web site! Store can match any price if they want by manager override. I saved over £100 on a jacket just by looking at Ted Baker Web site whilst store price was not discounted.

I was looking for a dress for a special occasion and the shop assistant helped me. The dress I bought is a style I would never have picked. There was no pressure and lots of advice

Very nice store on the highstreet, small but personable. Very helpful assistant for a fairly complex exchange/reorder transaction. Good experience!
