I wanted to buy a pair of Jeans and wanted to know the best type to buy for my build. The lady at the till was brilliant. She didn't select the most expensive and had allot of knowledge of the types of jeans.

Can’t get my deliveries on time call to ask why, customer services op told me “my order wasn’t priority as it contained sale items and newer lines are priority with Christmas deliveries”. Just been to the store as it states closing time 9.30pm Wednesday, been turned away at the door and told new hours for Wednesdays is 9pm, absolutely ridiculous!!!

Will definitely be shopping elsewhere as Next clearly don’t care about their customers!

hi went in to watfordfields branch on Sunday needed some help with suit sizes and Qasim was very helpful and professional he gave me the right advice as to sizes and colours that I’ve picked so yeh definitely 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice clean shop. Costa cafe and toilets are on the first floor.

3 items to buy no one to serve ,asked a member of staff and got a incoherent answer so left . Poor customer service. 5 star review for Costas upstairs though very helpful and a smile.

So all I wanted was a pair of shorts, Habil who served one customer before he was supposed to serve us just disappeared. Asked someone else to serve then was informed 2 people off sick.

I work in retail. I know how this works.

I left the shorts an walked out. Slower than christmas. Don't know what else to say other than, don't employ people who cannot do their jobs...

Had to wait for 30 min to collect an order.
