This store is so good. I’ve spent way too much money here. If you love streetwear (not hype), you’ll love it. Has a great selection of men’s, women’s, sneakers, fragrances, accessories, books, housewares and more.

Don't buy in store. It is a complete scam. No refund policy with a short duration of time to use the credit. Most of the items on their online store are sold out and I don't want to spend every weekend in their store waiting for something I want to come in stock. It is impossible to use. Tried to email about this with no reply, despite the store "endeavouring" to correspond within 48 hours. I feel trapped with over £200 over my head.

I used to buy trainers online with no issue returning if they were not the right fit. Hence did not think to check the in-store return policy; nor was I made aware at the checkout. I won't return to this store - online or physically. You have lost a customer of over three years.

Great selection of brands. It's like a mini Dover St Market store. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only gave 4 stars as wanted to purchase something in my size and I asked the lady helping me if they had it. She said yes, I told her I would like this, she said do you want me to get for you? I said yes...so she replied by saying the price of the item for me...I said I understood what the price was. So found that rather insulting as if I couldn't afford it. So she was checking I was ok with the price. Not cool.
But otherwise it's a nice store.

Excellent selection of gifts, homeware and cosmetics. So many great brands to choose from.

For the record, the customer service I received was excellent.

Atrocious service. Definitely not buying from these guys again. I am an EU customer who had to pay import tax on goods nearly the same price as items I bought. The customer service writes they do not handle anything with taxes, none of this is stated on their EU store website (why have an EU store and not give this info during shipping part of the transaction?), in fact you even get the impression you can get free shipping for orders over a certain amount. They cancelled and refunded some of my items nearly 2 weeks after the original order (When I complained) already shipped which is just plain bad service since taxes were levied on the total original order.

I loved this store, if you are looking for nice street wear you will find in this place. I was recommended to go there by SWC (Stepney workers club) to go there to pick their new launched shoes, I found in many colors. The employees are helpful and take care of you in the store well. I don’t recall if they accept cash, but they accept credit cards.

like all the other European reviews: this shop is ripping European clients off. Be aware: the prices are without customs+vat+handling. for a 200€ sweater you pay 280€ plus shipping! and - what happened to me: it didnt fit, I needed an exchange. they refuse to offer a return shipment option, so that if I would exchange, I would loose my initial customs, then pay a second customs for it to return and a third customs to get the sweater in the right size. Customer service was lousy and eventually stopped answering. STAY AWAY

Truly dreadful company! I bought 3 items and the parcels came damaged so I returned them straight away. I have sent numerous emails and got no reply and have not received a refund. Considering their prices are not cheap I would not recommend anyone shop with them.
