Visited to look for older kids clothes but unable to try anything on as changing rooms are closed! Sign says to take advantage of their 28 day return policy, do these companies not know how bad that is for the environment, you expect us to drive for an hour and pay for more patrol and parking to return something that doesn’t fit because you can’t be bothered to open the changing rooms and save a return visit! I’m amazed these clothes shops manage to survive, it’s no wonder the high street is dying.

Very busy, could really have done with the tills upstairs being open, but they never seem to be. Staff all lovely and the store is always clean and tidy. Just need to open up.some.more tills

It's a bit of a muddle to be honest. Too many rails of clothes make it overwhelming. Massive queues at the 2 tills. Only fitting rooms available were downstairs.

Bury St edmunds store in the arc. Good friendly service and great parking.

In the last few months H&M have really upped there game, especially in this shop. Having been in The Arc for several years now, the shop used to be messy and untidy, queues were long and sometimes it was hard to find what you were looking for. However, everytime I have been in there within the last few months the shop has been looking great, they are even keeping on top of the sale rail's so you can see what you are looking at and no mess on the floor! Also customer service and waiting time is not as long as it used to be and everyone seems nice too. Highly recommend doing shopping here.

First visit here browsing for xmas gifts for grandchildren. Bought 2 lovely jackets. Nice selection. Good prices. Pleasant staff.
