Wanting to return some items from an online order and misplacing the invoice, I phoned this store to get some advice. A lovely lady called Hayley spoke to me, found my invoice on the computer, explaining that I could return the items without my receipt and it would be credited to my card. She was very patient, understanding and a credit to the store. Whenever I visit this store I always receive wonderful service. Thank you Hayley and all other staff. ⭐️
