Fat Face Lichfield is great. I currently work there and we always put excellent effort with our customers. We also sell classical designed clothing, which I personally find pretty comfortable to wear.

Sale on atm. Fab prices, but some sizes r being sold fast so get there quick. Tho I'm told there could b further reductions coming soon. Fabulous staff. Give em a smile, they work hard to help out.

Clothes made well but this shop was sparse! , no offer of help from staff, hardly any products to look at. Lovelly old building though. Worth going to look at that alone. But as a fan of FF clothing, this place does not represent the brand very well at all.

Great clothes and always really helpful and friendly staff. Assistant manager Lee always goes out of his way to help with sizes and advice 😁.

Just been in this place with my wife and daughter and walked out after being followed around the shop by an assistant who prentended to tidy clothes by us so she could keep an eye on us. My daughter spotted this straight away as she is a manager of a local retail store and says thats what they do when keeping an eye on someone. My wife is a regular customer of fat Face and this store and was wearing fat Face clothes and bag. Won't be shopping with them again, disgraceful.
