Dressed To Be Blessed

Offered to do something for my Mother in law before Christmas,then became uncontactable. At least 10 calls/messages sent. Finally answered,no apology. Had to buy a dress from the showroom (which had dirt on the bottom) as we had no choice. No money knocked off,or apology again. Dress was good quality but very unreliable service.

I absolutely loved my daughters dress we purchased from Dress to be blessed. Georgina was extremely helpful and gave honest advice which we appreciated, she was incredibly complimentary of my daughter and made her feel very special. There is a wide range of dresses to choose from, including some designed by Georgina herself. If u need any alterations making, this is not a problem. I would not hesitate to recommend. Many thanks for everything, my daughter felt like a million dollars and had so much confidence on her big day xxxxxxx

Bought a suit from here for my sons christening. Had to order a hat to be made as none fitted him in store, got suit home and Georgina had given us the wrong size in the suit but correct size in the jacket. I took it back to exchange for the correct size on the day I was due to collect the hat. Georgina told me she had not yet collected the hat and would like to steam the suit in the right size and would drop it at my home along with the hat as she was collecting it the following day. She never turned up. Ignored calls and texts for 2 days. The day before my sons christening she text and said she had not yet picked up the hat but would drop it that day. I went and collected myself as was not willing to risk her not turning up again.

We used dressed to be blessed for our daughters first communion. Gave them plenty of time to organise everything! 10 weeks Georgina told us one week before the big day that dress hadn’t been done 😡😡 came to our house with a completely different dress which was wrong size! No apology or anything! And this after my wife had just undergone major surgery! Have tried to get a refund must have rung 30 times and left voicemail messages! Was finally told not entitled to a refund! Horrendous experience from start to finish extremely unprofessional 😡😡😡

I did not intimidate or threaten her mother who is co owner of business.....
I was given the mother’s number by another unsatisfied customer ...the mum advised me daughter would contact me which never happened ...

If you look at other reviewers I can’t be the only person to be unsatisfied

When dress was brought to us it was not finished .. even after 3 was of having the dress ..the dress was brought on the Monday after two cancellations of appointments

I am so glad the review sites exist so other customers don’t get service we got...

As for threatening police I fail to see why this can be threatened when as a customer I am entitled to an opinion

Also as there is cctv at our home any intimidation will be recorded

The shop has a lovely collection of dresses - my daughter chose her First Holy Communion dress from here and Georgina did a fabulous job of helping her. She also completed some alterations perfectly. Really good customer service, very pleased.

We purchased a Holy Communion dress for our daughter recently from 'Dressed to be Blessed' and it looked absolutely stunning on her. The whole experience was a joyous one. We were so pleased with the whole outfit. Georgina was absolutely amazing. She really listened to what we wanted and was so helpful from beginning to end during the dress choice, dress and shoe fitting etc. Nothing was too big a deal. Georgina was so friendly and approachable throughout and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was just perfect. A big thank you to Georgina for making my daughter's day so special. We will definitely choose this shop again for my son's future christening. Thanks again Georgina.

Shocking please dont shop here , she is a joke , lets you down messes up your orders , she is not botherd what so ever , shops never open and ignores your calls , takes your money , joke dosent care what so ever and spoils your childs day , 11 times i had to go the shop joke
