I frequently fly out through Heathrow Terminal 3 & I always stop by the Gucci boutique for last minute gifts. While they unfortunately do not have any of the beautiful clothing to offer, they have a nice variety of accessories. I have not had a single bad experience here & the customer service is consistently outstanding. The associates are all kind, patient, and extremely professional.

Duty Free and priced the same as the gucci boutiques and department stores in the city. The sales associate was very kind and helpful.

Buying the purse was easy. Getting Gucci to send me the box for the purse that they forgot to provide has been impossible. How hard is it to respond to email requests to send a customer an item that Gucci forgot to provide at checkout?

Tries to get a fault rectified on a product which was sold faulty by this store after a purchase but vinny just palmed me off with a generic answer without looking in to it properly. I would say save you money and shop at other top brand like Chanel, you won’t get poor level of aftercare from Chanel like I have from Gucci

Very bad customer service. I asked there about an item that may be available in Terminal 5 store. I was told to text them the next time I was flying from this terminal and they will try to transfer it. I texted them the next day, the sales assistant took 2 days to answer that she will check for the item but never texted me back to say either if it was available or not

It was not my first time, but I was a little taken back by the fact I was asked for ID when I presented my boarding pass. I guess because my purchase didn't go through the first time, it made me look suspicious. I forgot to inform my bank that I was traveling abroad. But I love my Gucci belt.
