Love the shops refit, brighter and airier na pleasure to shop in. Home department much better too

I was really really annoyed there were some lovely shoes in the sale that I really wanted to buy but being between a size 4&5 I need to try them on I was told I could not so I went to shoe zone I was allowed to try on any shoes I wanted matalan take note a person can not buy shoes without trying. Them for size I buy a lit from here but no more

This branch has never been the best but it seems that the home department has really gone downhill. On my last few visits it never seems tidy and is actually a bit of a mess. A good clean wouldn't go a miss either. Floors are filthy, labels and bits all over them.
Big que upstairs and other staff seem to not give a monkeys about it. They just watched as weall stood there.

Good discounts, nice quality, you definitely use for wear and tear. Cheap and budget friendly! You have clothing, fashion, accessories, home and bedding section!

Very annoyed at not having a choice but to buy a bag as they have no 25p bags available. They should tell shoppers before we go in and buy items. Very poor customer service.

Please please please go back to some good old service, will not shop here until I'm served by someone on a till!! Absolutely hate self service!!!

Ok not too busy but card machine was down in mens wear had to pay cash sure it was a one off

This has to be the worst Matalan I've been to. No petite range, nothing above a size 6 and the shoe section had size 4 or 7 only. The kids section was truly awful, the home range was a bigger area.
