I bought some jogging bottoms from Boomer and Jen and not only are they comfortable, lovely and soft but the customer service was also excellent. My internet cut out mid-purchase and I accidentally paid twice, they noticed, contacted me and refunded me really quickly for the duplicate. Definitely reccomend!

I brought some clothing from this company recently. Fast delivery and great fit and quality. I’ve now ordered more for me and will be doing some Christmas shopping with them for relatives. 5 stars.

Lovely clothes. A beautiful feel, comfortable, and long lasting. I’ve had some tops for over a year now, and still look fab.

I ordered a hoody nearly 3 weeks ago.
When I had not recieved it 10 days later I emailed the company, they responded slowly and said it hadn't been dispatched. But they would send it next day delivery for delivery on 1st March. No tracking information. I hadn't recieved it by 3rd March so I emailed them again for clarification and asked for a refund. Now on 7th March they say they will only send a replacement and haven't sent me a refund.

Highly unreliable and unprofessional company. Since making my first order within them in January i have learnt that they consistently do not fulfill orders on time and they do not answer customer emails. I made an order 3 weeks ago and its still not been dispatched - have followed up numerous times - no response. They do not care about their customers, BE WARNED.

I have had a personal experience with boomer & Jen, bought 3 items, arrived quickly, fantastic quality, will shop with them again 😊

I absolutely love the clothes, a nice variety of 100% cotton clothing. Will be shopping here again!
