Nice shop, big choice of good quality clothes and shoes, especially for kids, pleasant staff. Lots of space and good stock. It’s our favorite place for shopping kids’ clothes. I prefere their clothes over Mothercare or M&S. Very nice designs of clothes. Just bought a coat there and it is top quality like from the best tailor. Really impressed.

Very stylish, evan the Christmas cards, they are gorgeous. Beautiful things to buy, I didn't bought a pot because was to expensive, which in some way it's understandable by this time of season. I'll wait for the sales

Used to be a big fan. Came to buy dress suit for my son. No stock. No chance to try sizes. Ignored for 15 minutes whilst staff filled shelves ot finish chatting. Rubbish

This was the fourth time I went into the Guildford store and every time before I’ve gone in and couldn’t find any suit trousers to match a jacket that I liked or a suit jacket to match the trousers that I liked because nothing is hanging together and most things seem to be out of stock. I always buy my suits from next and I tend to buy about 4 to 5 suits a year. Upon my arrival I checked out the home section to look for curtains where they didn’t have any which was fine but there were four people waiting in a queue with no salesperson at the till so everybody looks confused not knowing what to do. I went to look for a suit and actually found one match went to the fitting room there was nobody there to show me around so I had to help myself when I decided I wanted to buy I went to the till and the salesperson at the till screwed the suit trousers up ready to stuff them into a bag. I explained that this was not how you should be holding a suit up and asked him if I could do it. I then had to ask for the hanger back and also a piece of plastic to put over the suit so I could carry it as there were no suitbags. That will be the last time I shop in Guildford

Smaller than I expected and not a great selection of mens suits. When I did manage to find a suit I liked, they didn't have my size. The "try-on" shirts they have in the changing rooms had filthy collars and stunk of body odour. All in all, not the best experience.

Last 3 times I've been in there's barely any staff with one person manning the mens and home section on thier own, on top of dealing with online order collections. You end up queuing in one section before realising that noone is coming and having to join the end of another queue on the other end of the store.

If you're not using a till, atleast put a sign up so we know not to just stand there. Or better still, adequately staff your store, because it was obviously a very stressful situation for all staff and customers.

Doesn't seem much selection of woman's clothing. Seems unorganised. The other next in town is much more well stocked.
