Well stocked store with free parking

Very unfriendly staff. They are there just to not be home, no help offered even if you ask. Will never enter again. They do have a good selection of clothes though but it's not worth your time.

The store manager is very rude and very short with customers. I checked with friends and they've had similar experiences. I will not shop here in future.

If I could give this company zero I would. It’s been over a month and hours of phone calls to return a rug.
You get past from pillar to post and still not resolved. In a time where the companies need to be at their best Next clearly are not.
Once resolved I will look to close my account.

It's an uncomfortable atmosphere like being served by zombies. Manager seems to haver a poor grasp of what is going on in her shop and asks alot of silly questions. Kingston branch in comparison is helpful and polite.
