Going to the shops used to be such a big part of my life 30 years ago, not so much these days, it's such a chore.
If the customer service I received in FatFace BSE, was replicated through out the "High St" I don't think there would be such a decline in retail therapy.
I was treated like I was the only customer in the shop (I wasn't). The Manager (I'm certain), was helpful in extreme, he is a credit to the Brand. I left with a bag (paper) full of new clothes and some further items that would be delivered to home, all dealt with quickly and professionally, I'm a fan.
The clobber ain't half bad either, quality, stylish and a super fit.
I'll need to come back next month for some plain Tees.

Went in for an outfit, came out with a toucan cap for my son! Friendly staff cut the label off so he could wear it out of the store x

Lovely avacado and poached egg on sourdough today we both ate the same again and it was perfect again. Staff amazing, lovely atmosphere.
