Urban Outfitters

Very basic urban outfitters. Lacks a decent mens range and is horribly laid out making it difficult to navigate through, especially when busy, this has been excaterbated by the recent addition of the sale rack which makes the shop messy and hectic during evenings. Overall not a great shopping experience from my perspective.

Just went in and out to buy some Christmas Vouchers as Christmas Presents. The thought has crossed my mind since though - given the current economic climate, will they stay in business long enough to redeem the vouchers?

I get it’s a sale but the shop clearly hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, and all the clothes are getting trodden through this. Clean up the store!

Visited the shop last week and it was absolutely filthy, looked like it hadn’t been swept or cleaned in months, thick clumps of dust and rubbish everywhere. Clothes on the floor. We visited the shop early morning so it can’t even be blamed on end of the day mess. Quite shocking really.

Bought a Christmas present here on Tuesday 20th Dec. When I was paying around 11:50am I asked for a gift recipe and a the ginger guy, wearing a hat (who wasn't serving me) went to his colleague "that's so shoplifters can return what they steal" then when I asked for a bag he went to his colleague "it's so she can show the bag off" both times very loud so I could hear and he didn't look me in the face the whole time. I don't know if he just hates women or he's just not a very nice person but I will not be returning on to your store.

Very messy and untidy with clothes on the floor and in mixed up piles. Hardly the fault of the staff though. Just the chaos of the after-christmas sales. We will maybe go again when it's calmer.

First time visit. Sadly, similar shopping experience to TK Max (like a jumble sale), but extortionate prices for low quality clothes and disinterested staff.

They accept MOD discount! Who knew!
Now can purchase daughter's clothing with a discount! I'm very pleased!
