Very pleasant visit except that everything has been moved, even the checkout tills are a long way down in the store. However, the shop was clean and tidy and all the clothes hanging neatly on the rails. Clothes were very reasonably priced and I will be revisiting later in the season.

Super shop which has most of what we need.

Appalling Customer service.
Refused to sell me an item displayed on shop floor.
Very unprofessional duty manager with poor attitude.
Have escalated my complaint to head office. I've been a loyal customer for many years.

Plenty of free parking (2 hours)
Good range of homeware, men and women's clothing.

Love this shop big light airy plenty to look and choose from plenty of selection everything you could wish for under one roof

Didn't like that it was self service especially with large items to put through and no space.

Staff seam to be confused with regs
One time it’s Id for a parcel
The next it’s plain easy sailing
Customers come in with cards barcodes to scan yet this isn’t enough for some staff
So much wasted time.

Excellent! Great clothes at sensible prices. The T-shirts are great and the track bottoms are the best, a no bobble fleece! I think their range covers all ages.
