Rubbish. Ordered a dress on Sept 27th. After 2 weeks it hadn’t arrived. Called the store several times. Nobody picked up. No option to leave a message. FINALLY got a refund 4 weeks after the order. Not recommended.

Some really interesting stock but a very rude staff member served me. She was unsure of the price of a sale item and tried to charge double the advertised price. When I politely explained the error she was rude and not at all apologetic despite her mistake. Surprising in a small independent shop that this is how staff behave.

Amazing curated collection of clothing and accessories, every single piece feels so special and their Instagram is a huge source of inspiration when im thinking about how to put different looks together. The shop is small but incredibly thoughtful in the way it's designed and stocks really unique and hard to find items/brands (think whistles for pricing but its incredibly fair for the quality of the items and their cut, you'll love anything you buy for years to come - although sizing of some brands is not that inclusive). The staff are super helpful with sizing advice, with fitting and are incredibly welcoming and never intimidating. I can't recommend a potter around this independent shop more highly!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! Lorna has always gone out of her way to point out things she thinks would suit me and I even got perfume hand delivered to my door during the lockdown. That's amazing service!

Lovely things but appalling customer service. I ordered some boots and paid for express shipping, I emailed after a couple of days to find out when they would ship and was told they weren’t in stock and were stuck in Germany, I was patient and sympathetic (they mentioned Brexit issues) despite the fact that it should have been made clear on their website that this was in fact a pre-order. It took a week or so until they were dispatched which wasn’t too bad, but I was the one who had to keep chasing them for an update, even though they reassured me that they would keep me in the loop. They never replied to the last three emails I sent, the latter of which I said how bad the customer service was.
It’s really not difficult to provide good customer service, and as a small businesses who surely needs support right now you’d think it would be important - but apparently just taking your money is enough for them.

This beautiful shop is my absolute favourite. Their collection is always so well curated and exciting. Full of inspiration. The staff are helpful, friendly and great for styling advice.

I love Lorna Ruby! Their social media is always inspiring and the online store was a blessing over lockdown (quick delivery) and even more fun to get back in the store and try the beautiful items on. I always find something I love x
